Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Requirements:

   • Ankur: The child should be 3 years old by March 31st of the academic year.
   • P-Primary: The child should be 4 years old by March 31st of the academic year.
   • Class 1: The child should be 5 years old by March 31st of the academic year.

2. Academic Records:

   • For admissions from Class 2 and above, students must submit previous school records and report cards.

3. Entrance Test:

   • An entrance test may be conducted for admissions into certain grades to assess the student’s proficiency and understanding of core subjects.

Application Process

1. Application Form:

   • Application forms are available at the school office and website.
   • Completed application forms should be submitted along with necessary documents before the specified deadline.

2. Required Documents:

   • Birth certificate (for age verification)
   • Previous academic records (if applicable)
   • Passport-sized photographs of the student and parents/guardians
   • Proof of residence

3. Interaction/Interview:

   • Parents and students may be called for an interaction or interview with the principal and admission committee.

Admission Decision

1. Selection Criteria:

   • Admissions are based on age-appropriateness, performance in the entrance test (if applicable), availability of seats, and overall suitability of the student for the class.
   • Priority may be given to siblings of current students and children of staff members.

2. Notification:

   • Selected candidates will be notified via email or phone call.
   • A waiting list may be maintained for candidates not immediately selected.

3. Acceptance and Fees:

   • Upon receiving the admission offer, parents must confirm acceptance and pay the admission fees within the stipulated time.

General Guidelines

• School Tours:

  • Prospective parents are encouraged to visit the school and take a tour of the facilities.

• Withdrawal Policy:

  • Parents wishing to withdraw their child must provide written notice at least one month in advance.

• Re-Admission:

  • Students who leave the school and wish to return will be subject to the standard admission process.
